John Hollcraft has been in the computer industry since 1970 having spent 15 of those years at Microsoft. Back in 1993, John mentored Bill Weis in some software technology that changed the direction of Bill’s career. After retiring from Microsoft, John started independent consulting for a few years before finally retiring again in 2017. Then, Bill called needing some help and we are back at it. John added a professional touch to the voice activated bed and door controllers by developing the Amazon skill “Limited Mobility Solutions Multi-Device” as well as adding functionality to our solution that makes it possible to perform over-the-air updates should it be necessary to update our controllers remotely. John is happy and humble to be helping Bill.
John Hollcraft JOHN HOLLCRAFT We have completed over 100 solutions for people of 20 ifferent medical dianosis
Limited Mobility Solutions passed a milestone in January 2022. We completed our 100th project across 33 states, serving people with 20 different medical diagnosis. The more than 1,000,000 voice commands they have issued have saved caregivers up to 50,000 hours (assuming each voice command would have otherwise required a caregiver to spend 3 minutes of time). Over the past 5 years our small team has racked up close to 12,000 volunteer hours.
